• How long will it take to get access of the course?

    Your credentials to access the course will be delivered to your inbox within 5-10 minutes of your purchase. Please check your promotions/updates tab and spam folder as well. The email will come from [email protected].

  • How do I ask questions, if I have any?

    You will get access to two communities - one in the course player for course-specific questions and a common community for general questions and networking.

  • Do the courses come with a certificate of completion?

    Yes. All the courses come with a certificate of completion. It will be automatically sent to your email id in 2-3 working days.

  • Is there a group that I will join, after purchasing the course?

    Yes. You will join a community of like-minded enthusiasts on facesculptures onlne comunity wherein you can share your doubts and connect with more people.

  • Course videos aren't playing?

    Please login via Chrome incognito mode or from a different browser to check if it happens as well. If the issue persists, use the "Tech Support" Inbox under the "My Account" menu - the team will look into this and come back to you within 5-6 hours.

  • I forgot my password. How to change it?

    Please follow the following steps to change your password - 1. Click here. 2. Click on the Login button on the top right corner of the screen. 3. Click on the "Reset your password" option 4. Enter your username, which is your registered email address. 5. You will get a password reset link on your email to set your new password.

  • Password reset link is not working?

    The link is valid only for 24 hours and can be used only once. Please use the "Reset Your Password" option again to generate the new link.

  • I made a payment but did not receive an email?

  • I have paid for multiple courses, but I cannot access all of them from my account?
